  Evidence Links FBI to commission of crimes with Brutality "under color of law" 

            January 09, 2010 - A case is pending in the United States Court of Appeals of the 4th Circuit that documents FBI commission of civil rights crimes "under color of law" in a conspiracy with South Carolina local and state government law enforcement agencies and personnel.  This corruption has been documented in police video and police audio dispatch recordings and investigative recordings filed in the United States Court of Appeals in Richmond and now are available for the first time on this website (SEE REGIONAL REPORT SECTION OF THIS WEBSITE).  In related matters it was discovered on January 14, 2009,  former local FBI SA Tom Marsh failed to follow FBI required written procedures by documenting the crimes as required and shortly thereafter had the good fortune of landing a six figure job as the head of security with the South Carolina Lottery.  

            The FBI also wrongfully provided the defendants at taxpayer expense a "Forensic" expert from the FBI laboratory at Quantico to testify as the Defendants' expert witness who allegedly participated in the FBI cover-up along with FBI - CJIS personnel who provided fabricated "certified" reports to Senator Lindsey Graham of the Senate Judiciary Committee.  These actions were taken in a civil case that the Federal Government was not a party to and as such  the FBI's own oversight regulations precludes such testimony.  The bottom line is that "Good Ole Boy" corruption is still prevalent in Horry County and the State of South Carolina and through ties can commit criminal activity with immunity against innocent United States civilians.  Your Center for Legal Reform is requesting you to contact: United States Attorney General Holder at the Department of Justice, 935 Pennsylvania Ave., N.W., Washington, D.C. 20235, by mail, by telephone at 202-353-1555 or through this e-mail link:  Attorney General Eric H.
