The Center for Legal Reform is solely funded through donations and processing fees. Therefore, The Center for Legal Reform is economically limited in the amount of work it can handle at any point in time. To request assistance please answer the questions on the incident report below and mail the answers with a $45 money order (made payable to the Center for Legal Reform) to the mailing address below.
As an alternative, please use the secure Buy Now - PayPal and Credit Card Link below to submit the $45 processing fee and submit your incident report below via e-mail. Only requests submitted on the provided incident sheet below with the associated $45 processing fee will be reviewed.
Please note: You will receive notification of the status of your request in a timely fashion. Each request will be reviewed to see if the alleged particular circumstances allow the further evaluation and documentation of the matter reported to the Center for Legal Reform at that particular point in time. The Center for Legal Reform does not have the resources to research all matters brought to its attention.
